JEDDAH: Saudi Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Sheikh called the Takfiri (ISIL) an “aggressive and oppressive” group that “sheds blood” Sunday, September 7, 2014.

“If they fight Muslims, then Muslims must fight them to rid people and religion of their evil and harm,” the mufti remarked, adding, “They have been killing ever since they began their fight. Their killing is filled with mutilations and hideousness that distort (the image of) Muslims.”

JEDDAH: The Presidency of the Two Holy Masjids has firmly denied reports that surfaced in Western media channels guaranteeing that the tomb of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in Madinah may be shifted.

Ahmed Al-Mansouri, the presidency’s media spokesman stated, “This is the personal opinion of a researcher, who had expressed his views in a study, and it does not reflect the views of the presidency or the Kingdom.”
